Essex X-Ray 50,000 square foot new build office located in Braintree, Essex.
The project utilized Dulux Trade products across various surfaces. Dulux Vinyl Matt was applied to all walls and ceilings, providing a smooth and durable finish for the general areas. For the WCs, Dulux Diamond Matt was chosen for its superior durability and easy maintenance in high-traffic, high-moisture spaces. Dulux Quick Dry Satinwood was used for all joinery, offering a satin finish with the added benefit of quick drying times, making it ideal for woodwork and trim.
In the reception area, an eye-catching Tektura abstract wallcovering was installed, adding texture and visual interest. This wallcovering is a commercial-grade vinyl, laminated to a polycotton osnaburg backing, ensuring both durability and ease of maintenance while enhancing the aesthetic appeal of the space.
