The project involved the construction of two luxury homes in Ascot, Surrey, featuring six and seven-bedroomed properties, each spanning four floors.

The properties were finished to an exceptional standard, with premium materials used throughout to create a luxurious and functional living space.

Interior Finishes:

Ceilings and Covings throughout the properties were finished in Dulux Trade Durable Flat Matt White, providing a clean, elegant, and durable finish that enhances the overall ambiance.
The ceilings and walls in the Bar/Games room were completed in Farrow & Ball Dead Flat, known for its rich, deep matte finish, which added a sophisticated touch to the entertainment space.
The walls in most areas were finished with Dulux Heritage Velvet Matt, offering a smooth, luxurious finish with a soft sheen that complements the high-end design of the homes.
Bathroom ceilings and walls were completed in Dulux Trade Diamond Matt, providing a durable, moisture-resistant finish ideal for the high-humidity environment of bathrooms.
The swimming pool ceiling was finished with Zinsser Perma-White Matt, a high-performance, mold-resistant paint, ensuring protection against moisture and humidity in the pool area.
All woodwork was completed in Dulux Trade Diamond Eggshell, providing a smooth, satin finish that is both durable and easy to maintain, ideal for trim and joinery.
For wet areas, including the swimming pool, Zinsser Perma-White Matt was used, ensuring long-lasting protection against moisture and mildew.

Wallpaper:

Tektura Wallcoverings were supplied and installed throughout the properties, adding an extra layer of luxury with unique and sophisticated designs that complemented the overall aesthetic.

This combination of high-quality finishes and expert craftsmanship created two stunning, luxury homes that not only look beautiful but are also durable and well-suited to their environment. The project’s attention to detail and the use of premium products ensured that both the interiors and wet areas were completed to the highest standards.
