Following extensive fire damage, this commercial refurbishment project was a rewarding opportunity for our team to demonstrate the quality and efficiency of our work.

Working under the expert management of Lite Build, who oversaw the structural and interior refurbishment, we were instructed to complete all internal decorative finishes.

Our decorators delivered a professional and polished look throughout the office space, tailored to meet the high standards expected of a modern commercial environment. The project involved the use of Dulux Trade Vinyl Matt and Johnstone’s Trade Covaplus Matt for ceilings and walls, selected for their durability and finish quality.

All woodwork was expertly sprayed using Johnstone’s Trade Aqua Satin, a fast-drying, water-based product ideal for a sleek and long-lasting finish. The spraying technique significantly increased productivity while achieving a flawless result.

This project is a standout example of how precision, experience, and high-quality materials combine to restore and elevate a workspace after damage.
