CDPQ’s new office, located in Soho, London, spans 22,000 square feet and was redesigned to create a dynamic, modern workspace.
The office transformation was focused on meeting the immediate needs of the company while also supporting its long-term goals and growth. The design emphasizes both functionality and aesthetic appeal.
For the paint finishes, Dulux Trade products were chosen throughout the project. Dulux Diamond Matt was applied to all walls, providing a sleek, uniform finish that is both durable and perfect for high-traffic areas, making it ideal for busy office environments. Dulux Quick Dry Satinwood was used on all joinery, offering a smooth, satin finish with the added advantage of quick drying times, which helps maintain efficiency during the fit-out process. This combination of products helps to create a polished, professional atmosphere while ensuring durability and ease of maintenance.
