This project involved the transformation of 47 luxury serviced apartments located in the heart of central London, near St Paul’s.
J&N Finishes were tasked with completing the full decorations and wallpapering throughout all apartments and communal areas.
Interior Finishes:
- Tektura Vinyl Wallcoverings were used on the walls within the apartments and as feature walls in the communal areas, providing a luxurious, durable, and aesthetically pleasing finish.
- Dulux Trade Vinyl Matt was applied to the walls throughout the apartments and most communal areas, offering a smooth, matte finish that is both easy to maintain and perfect for residential spaces.
- Dulux Trade Diamond Matt was used in high-traffic and wet areas (such as bathrooms and kitchens), as it offers enhanced durability and moisture resistance, ensuring the walls remain in top condition in these areas.
- All woodwork was completed in Dulux Trade Quick Dry Satinwood, providing a sleek, satin finish that dries quickly, ensuring minimal disruption during the project.
This combination of high-quality finishes helped to create a sophisticated, durable, and comfortable living environment for the luxury serviced apartments, while maintaining a high standard of craftsmanship throughout the property.
