Exterior Finishes:
- Resin Repairs were carried out on the masonry using the trusted Dry Flex system by Repair Care, as the team is an accredited Repair Care contractor. This ensured that the repairs were done to the highest standard, restoring the structural integrity of the surfaces.
- Windows and doors were finished with Zinsser All Coat Gloss, a durable and weather-resistant gloss that provides a smooth, high-shine finish while protecting the wood and metal surfaces against the elements.
- Masonry was completed using Dulux Trade Weathershield, providing excellent weather protection. This paint offers long-lasting protection against rain, sunlight, and environmental wear, ensuring the building’s masonry remains durable and vibrant.
- Metalwork and railings were finished in Hammerite Smooth Black, offering a smooth, durable finish that is resistant to rust and weathering, perfect for exterior metal surfaces.
This combination of expert repairs and premium coatings ensured that the rear elevations of the building were not only visually appealing but also well-protected against the challenges of outdoor exposure.
