Dulux Trade Diamond Matt was applied to ceilings and walls, delivering a durable, smooth matt finish. Johnstone’s Perfect Matt was used on the black ceiling, eliminating visible application marks even under critical lighting, with Smooth Layer technology ensuring a flawless result on challenging surfaces. Dulux Fungicidal Matt was applied to walls and ceilings in the kitchen tea point area, inhibiting mould and fungi growth while providing excellent adhesion and long-lasting durability.

Walls, doors, frames, and skirtings were finished in Dulux Diamond Eggshell, a tough, cleanable emulsion with a smooth mid-sheen ideal for busy environments. Bar cabinetry was spray-applied using a Graco FinishPro HVLP 9.5 system, achieving a seamless, high-end professional finish. Cromadex 400 zinc-rich primer & Polyurethane topcoat applied via aerosol system to metal plant arches elements to achieve a uniform finish consistent with the project’s design intent.

Crane Fonda Coral specialist wallcoverings were installed in both toilets, featuring the elegant amidst lush palm fronds, creating a fresh, vibrant, and luxurious interior feature. CASAMANCE Johara a specialist wallcovering was installed to the show apartment living room walls which offers the illusion of real fabric stretched over the walls. This iconic plain dresses interiors with velvety softness and suffuses the atmosphere with voluptuousness. Precious colours mixing, subtlety of the pattern and textile feeling are all invitations to refinement.
