This high-specification project in Wembley, North West London, involved two phases of work and encompassed a diverse range of spaces, including a cinema, bowling alley, lounge, offices, concierge, and associated areas.

Ceilings and Finishes:

The ceilings were particularly challenging due to the numerous services (e.g., ducting and wiring) that had to be accommodated within the space. These ceilings were expertly finished using an airless spray method with Zinsser Allcoat Matt in RAL 9011, a premium matt finish known for its durability and clean appearance. This method ensured a smooth, even finish despite the complexities of the overhead installations.

Wall and Woodwork Finishes:

Johnstone’s Trade Durable Matt was applied to the walls throughout the project. This finish is ideal for high-traffic areas, offering both durability and a sleek, matt look that enhances the overall interior design.
For the woodwork, Johnstone’s Acrylic Eggshell was used, providing a smooth and durable finish for trim and joinery, complementing the clean, professional look of the space.

Feature Installations:

A standout feature in the project was the installation of the handcrafted Milan-based Carnovsky Animalia series wallpaper beside the bowling lanes. This bespoke wallpaper added a striking, artistic element to the area, creating a vibrant and dynamic focal point in the space.

This project combined technical expertise, high-quality finishes, and creative design elements to deliver a sophisticated and functional environment, ideal for both leisure and business use.
