This luxurious 8,240 sq.ft property features 7 bespoke bedrooms, a basement, and leisure areas, located in the heart of Hampstead.

The project involved high-quality finishes throughout, ensuring a stunning and functional living space.

Interior Finishes:

Ceilings and Covings were finished in Dulux Trade Durable Flat Matt White, providing a clean, crisp, and durable finish that complements the overall elegant aesthetic.
Walls featured a combination of Johnstone’s Trade Durable Matt and Farrow & Ball Modern Emulsion. The Johnstone’s Trade Durable Matt was used for areas requiring a robust, easy-to-maintain finish, while Farrow & Ball Modern Emulsion added a premium touch to certain areas, offering both beauty and durability.
Woodwork throughout the property was completed in Johnstone’s Trade Acrylic Eggshell, providing a sleek, smooth finish that’s both durable and easy to clean.
For wet areas, including the swimming pool, Zinsser Perma-White Matt was applied. This high-performance, moisture-resistant finish offers excellent protection against mold and mildew, ensuring longevity in high-humidity spaces.

Wallpaper and Decorative Elements:

Tektura Wallcoverings supplied the wallpaper for the project, adding luxurious and sophisticated design elements to key areas of the property.

This combination of premium finishes and expert craftsmanship helped create a beautifully finished home that is both functional and visually stunning, with specific attention to areas like wet zones that require enhanced durability.
