The project involved the complete exterior decoration of a property, with work carried out on both the front and back elevations to enhance the property’s appearance and protect its surfaces.

Exterior Finishes:

  • Masonry on both the front and back elevations was finished with Zinsser All Weather, a high-performance masonry paint that offers excellent protection against the elements, ensuring long-lasting durability and resistance to cracking, blistering, and fading.
  • The windows were completed with Zinsser Allcoat Satin, a versatile, satin-finish paint that provides a durable, weather-resistant surface, ideal for protecting exterior wood and metal surfaces against the elements.
  • The front door was finished in Farrow & Ball Exterior Eggshell, which is specifically designed for external use, providing a rich, satin finish that enhances the door’s appearance while offering excellent protection from weathering and wear.

This combination of premium, weather-resistant finishes ensured that the property’s exterior was both aesthetically pleasing and well-protected against the elements, offering lasting beauty and durability.
