This stunning four-bedroom terraced property, spanning 2,228 square feet, stands as the largest home on its street.

Our team was commissioned to carry out full exterior decoration works, enhancing both the aesthetic appeal and long-term protection of the building.

A key part of the scope involved addressing a long-standing water ingress issue on the side elevation. We applied Zinsser Waterproofing Paint to this area, delivering an effective and lasting solution that safeguards the internal structure of the home.

For the main façade, all masonry and brickwork were meticulously prepared and finished using Dulux Trade Weathershield, known for its excellent durability and weather resistance. All external timber surfaces were completed in Zinsser AllCoat Exterior Satin, chosen for its flexible and hard-wearing finish that stands up to the elements.
