The project involved the creation of a new build development consisting of 28 apartments along with communal areas.

Johnstone’s Trade paints were used throughout the development to ensure a high-quality, durable finish across all surfaces.

Interior Finishes:

  • Communal ceilings were a particular challenge due to the presence of various services (e.g., pipes and wiring). To ensure a smooth, uniform finish while accommodating these services, the ceilings were expertly sprayed with Zinsser Allcoat Matt in black. This high-performance paint offers durability, a sleek matte finish, and resistance to wear, making it ideal for areas with high ceiling complexity.

The use of Johnstone’s Trade paints and Zinsser Allcoat Matt ensured that both the apartments and communal areas had a modern, professional finish that is durable, easy to maintain, and suitable for the demands of daily use in both private and shared spaces.
