A high-quality specification of finishes was delivered throughout the space, combining durability with refined aesthetics. Dulux Trade Vinyl Matt and Diamond Matt were applied to ceilings, walls, and bulkhead areas, creating a smooth, contemporary matt finish designed to perform in busy commercial environments.

Doors, frames, and skirtings were finished with Benjamin Moore Scuff-X Eggshell, a market-leading coating engineered to withstand heavy use while maintaining a flawless appearance, even in high-traffic areas.

Reception areas were enhanced with Newmor Wallcoverings’ bespoke digital wallcoverings, introducing texture, depth, and a sense of luxury that elevates the overall visitor experience. The reception feature wall was spray-applied using Bradite One-Can, delivered through a Graco FinishPro HVLP 9.5 system to achieve a seamless, high-end professional finish.

Steel columns and beams were coated with Sherwin-Williams Firetex M71V2, providing compliant fire protection while maintaining a clean, visually striking finish that integrates seamlessly with the overall design.
